The cantina Livia Fontana was founded in 1820. Livia is the 8th generation of the family at the helm working with her sons Michele and Lorenzo and still following the same philosophy as her ancestors.
Regularly name-checked by purveyors of the finest Nebbiolo throughout Piedmont and by those ‘in the know’ in the US and the Nordics – Livia Fontana is fast developing quite a cult following.
Beautifully situated in the heart of Castiglione Falletto, the winery is surrounded by the vineyards that contribute to several of Livia’s wines including the Villero and Bussia single vineyard crus.
